The location was good, the comp shuttle was a nice feature as we used the airport to hotel , and hotel to Port of Miami service, the staff was really friendly , rooms were clean, fluffy pillows, and a great location to shopping, restaurants, and pharmacy locations. ...read more

Traveling as Couple
the location is only a short drive from the Miami Internationl airport and the Port of Miami , and this was the reason for choosing this hotel, the staff is friendly and helpful, there is a large shopping center across the street and at least 15 restaurants within walking distance is you choose not to dine at the restaurant on site. I would definitely stay there again in the future as we cruise out of Miami at least once a year . ...read more

Family with Teens
I would definitely come back. I feel my room was not in a good location but the hotel itself was. The rooms could use a bit more utilities such as a microwave and refrigerator. That would have helped a lot. The vending machines were empty but the local gift shop had some beverages...just don't buy laundry soap there. VERY expensive. The restaurant was very nice but very pricey. The staff was extremely nice. The pool area was wonderful. The price of the room was very reasonable due to priceline. The room was located too close to the nightclub though. We did not sleep well Friday night at all. We also had a very hard time finding parking because of the nightclub. honestly cannot think of anything.
The first 3 rooms I was given were too dirty for me to even consider staying in and when they finally found a clean enough room hardly anything in it worked the cable, the remote, the safe, the internet were all non-working. ...read more
